Virgil Sheppard brings years of experience in the Philadelphia Catholic League to take over a budding sprint program at Bonner & Prendie. Virgil's knowledge and skill in sprinting helps build Bonner & Prendie to becoming one of the top programs in the area.

Coach O brings many unique talents to Bonner & Prendie. Already a lifelong coach, mainly devoted to football, Coach O watches tape, breaks down technique, and looks to gain the best out of all of his athletes.
